What we collect

Account info (your email and name), the business details you enter to run a scan (business name, service, city, optional website), your scan results and history, and — if you subscribe — billing details handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We use a cookie to keep you signed in.

How we use it

To run your AI-visibility scans, generate your action plan and profile, send you transactional and weekly-update emails, and provide and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that make EchoRank work — for example Stripe (payments), our email provider (transactional and update emails), our database and hosting providers, and the AI APIs (Google Gemini and Anthropic) used to run scans. We share only what is needed to provide the service.

Your choices

You can edit your name, change your password, manage billing, and delete your account (which removes your data) from your account page at any time. To unsubscribe from non-essential emails, use the link in the email or contact us.

Data security

We use HTTPS everywhere, hashed passwords, and signed session cookies, and we keep private areas out of search engines. No method is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
